Who we are

We are a like-minded group of people living out our faith as authentically as we can for God within our local community. We believe in the scriptures of the Old and New Testaments, in their original writing, as fully inspired by God and accept them as the supreme and final authority for life and faith. We do not pretend to be perfect or without blemish but rather acknowledge our failings and total reliance on the Grace of God for our daily walk with Him.

How we function

As a Church, we believe in the biblical pattern for governance and leadership. The Eldership team, led by the lead elder, governs, guards, and guides the church in servitude, bringing instruction, care, and discipline in love and submission to God. The Deacons and working team, under delegated authority, working alongside the Elders see to the outworking of the ministries within the church. We are not about title, but rather function and calling with the emphasis being service in the body to the glory of God.

In the church

We only consider those who are plugged in and involved to be members and so encourage each one to be actively involved within the body by exercising their unique and specific gifts for the building up of the body. As members, we expect that each person should contribute to the running of the church by the giving of tithes and offerings on a regular basis.
